Dani has been a facilitator, teacher and coach for 30+ years, guiding countless people on their personal journeys, facilitating the alchemy of transformation in their lives.

She is also a parent of 3 adult children, a family therapist and yoga teacher, and has dedicated her life to the path of Recognition - for herself and others. With her deep wisdom and experience, she is an extraordinary guide leading people through challenges and dilemmas to new horizons. She brings incredible insight, a lightness of Being, and a deeply loving spirit to all.


About the Retreat

  • Set within the wild beauty of the Cornish landscape, Erth offers a unique and nurturing environment for our retreat. Surrounded by trees and open sky, the space feels both grounding and quietly magical, a place where it is easy to slow down and breathe more deeply.

    Accommodation is thoughtfully designed, blending comfort with simplicity. The spaces are calm, light-filled and restorative, perfect for rest and reflection between sessions.

    Communal areas invite connection, while the surrounding land offers space for solitude, walks and quiet contemplation. Erth provides a held and harmonious setting that supports the inward journey of the retreat beautifully.

  • The days will unfold in a rhythm of workshop-style teaching and reflective conversation, alongside meditation practice, restorative movement and breathwork.

    Each day begins in stillness, grounding you in quiet awareness before moving into experiential teaching and shared inquiry. There will be space for dialogue, personal reflection and meaningful connection.

    Time is intentionally unhurried, with moments for rest, integration and simply being.

    You will leave feeling inspired and renewed, reconnected to your essential self and nourished by authentic connection with others.

  • Erth is located on its own peninsula, surrounded by the River Lynher, just outside the village of Trematon.

    Erth is remote and yet, easily accessible by road and serviced by excellent rail links from London & the North. Located just over the border in Cornwall.

    By Car

    Use postcode PL12 4QY - don’t follow it to its end though !

    Directions:-

    Take the M5 south towards Exeter. Once past Exeter you want to get onto the A38 for Plymouth. Go past Plymouth and head towards the Tamar Bridge, go over the bridge - and you enter Cornwall. !!!!

    Head through the tunnel, at the first roundabout (Carkeel) take the 2nd exit signposted Liskeard. Head up the hill for about a mile, and take the 4th left hand turn signposted Trematon.

    Head through Trematon, and you will come to a V in the road at a pink house, with two options based on the width of your car - take the right hand option, bear in mind the roads now narrow - give way where possible.

    Follow the road for 2 miles and you will come to Elmgate - you will know you are here as there is a yellow house in the middle of the road, with black postbox in the middle of the house -called Crossways. Take the right hand turn at the side of the house, which goes up hill. Follow this road - (FYI Sat Nav will have taken you this far), as you head up the hill, ignore SAT NAV and DO NOT turn left at any time. Continue along the road past Tredown Farm on your right hand side. You will the drive onto Erth Peninsula, marked by the white signs. Once on the peninsula, please do not drive fast, as there are animals that scare easy !. Erth Barton appears ahead of you on the hill. Drive down the road, until you come to the very end. Erth Barton has large barns in front of you. Once you arrive please park up in the front of the house.

    By Train

    Fast trains run direct top Saltash from London Paddington in under 3 hrs 45 minutes.

    Or if you are coming from elsewhere trains run direct to Plymouth and then change to Saltash

    Taxis are available from Saltash direct to Erth - take just over 10 minutes

    or alternatively you can take a taxi from Plymouth to Erth,

Take the entrance that is all the way to the east (with big red Grand B letters in front of the entrance) and NOT the entrance in the middle of the building (Hestesportenshus). Follow the Temple Yoga signs. Parking at Charlottenlund Racecourse.

    There is plenty of free and unlimited parking right in front of the entrance.

About the Retreat

  • Morning 

    We will begin the day with delicious chai, followed by meditation in the beautiful and vibrant surroundings

    Followed by yoga and breathwork in the yoga pandala.

    Then a substantial and nourishing brunch.

    Late morning to early afternoon we will meet for teaching in the pandala

    Afternoon

    Will be a mix of free time for rest and reflection, or if you love water to swim in the river. 

    In the middle of the afternoon there will be a substantial snack before we meet for meditation teaching.

    Evening 

    There will be a delicious indian meal made with wholesome local ingredients followed by an evening session in the candlelight , with music, time for conversation and conscious inquiry.

  • The kitchen offers nourishing, plant-based meals using organic, local ingredients.

  • Option 1: Journey Through Goa

    Arrive into Goa International Airport (direct or via Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore).
    Begin your retreat experience with a 1–3 night stay at a serene South Goa beach, soaking in the sea air and gentle rhythm of the coast.

    From there, take a comfortable private taxi to Saptarishi:

    • A 5-hour scenic drive through lush landscapes

    • Pause for a wholesome snack stop and an optional visit to the sacred Mookambika Temple, nestled in the Western Ghats

    Option 2: A Quieter Path via Mangalore

    Fly into Mangalore Airport (via Mumbai or Bangalore) for a more direct route.
    From Mangalore:

    • Take a 5-hour taxi through coastal forests and temple towns to Saptarishi,
      Or

    • Spend a restorative night in the temple town of Udupi, known for its spiritual heritage and peaceful energy, before continuing on

  • Saptarishi is nestled in the foothills of the Western Ghats, surrounded by forest, streams, and sacred land. It's approximately a 5-hour drive from either Goa or Mangalore.

  • We recommend bringing:

    • Light, breathable clothing for warm days

    • Swimming costume

    • A light shawl or sweater for cooler evenings

    • Comfortable footwear for nature walks

    • A refillable water bottle

    • Natural insect repellent and sunscreen

  • Yes, most travelers will require a tourist visa to enter India. We recommend applying for an e-Visa online, which is valid for short-term stays and typically processed within a few days.
