Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all retreats, workshops, events and services offered through this website, whether held in the UK or abroad.

By booking or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The organisation is based in the United Kingdom and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and deposit (or full payment where applicable).

Full payment must be received by the stated balance due date. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received in time.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation by You

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event : 50% refund (minus deposit).

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Bookings may be transferred to another participant with prior agreement.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, particularly for overseas retreats.

4. Cancellation or Changes by Us

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, facilitators, accommodation or venue where necessary.

If an event is cancelled by us, a full refund of monies paid will be issued. We are not responsible for travel, visa, insurance or other associated costs.

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, political instability, government restrictions or force majeure), we may reschedule the event or offer alternative arrangements.

5. Travel & Documentation (Overseas Retreats)

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For overseas retreats, you are responsible for:

  • Valid passport and visa requirements

  • Travel insurance

  • Required vaccinations or health documentation

  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

We accept no responsibility for issues arising from failure to meet these requirements.

6. Health & Participation

By attending, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally able to participate in meditation, movement and breathwork practices.

You agree to inform us in advance of any relevant medical or mental health conditions.

Participation is undertaken at your own risk. You are responsible for your wellbeing throughout the retreat.

7. Code of Conduct

We ask all participants to respect confidentiality and the personal experience of others.

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or harmful to the group process. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, we accept no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property during our events, except where caused by negligence.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website is for general information only and may be updated without notice.

All materials and teachings remain the intellectual property of the organisation and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Photography

Photographs may occasionally be taken during events for promotional purposes. Please inform us in advance if you prefer not to appear in images.
